This period, the mosque is not yet reopened due to the COVID-19. You should update its status in case you need to perform Salat nearby this area. However, this compacted mosque is so close to Shangri-La Bangkok, and Robinson, and not to far from BTS Sky train and the pier to transfer you to various tourist attractions.

Ban Oou Mosque is, I think typically for Bangkok mosques, a two floor meshid. The first floor serves daily prayers, the second is in use in Salat-ul-jumaah, the Friday prayer. I had there a nice conversation with the Imam (in the pic) of the mosque, which is typical for Thai culture - people there are very kind and often quite talkative, too - even though the Imam is from India. Unluckily my visit was not at the prayer time but, in any case, a very nice meshid.

Went here for Friday prayer, strategically located nearby robinson bangrak and big hotel. Very cozy and peaceful, great option for those coming either from silom which normally will go to mirasudden mosque, charoen krung or nearby grand postal building,

This mosques is just a few minutes from Sathorn Pier, next to the Shangri-la hotel. It was very welcoming to all ethnicities. I was given some fruits and drinks in a bag. The ladies section is downstairs and we were offered free food after jumuah prayers. The athhan was at 12.35 and then khutbah. The salah was done by 2.00pm.
