It's always comforting to fill our tummies with halal Japanese food in Singapore. Whether it's a piping hot bowl of ramen, sushi or bento, Japanese cuisine is hard to resist! We're always happy when we get to uncover halal Japanese food places in Singapore 🤗 Credit: Giphy One halal Japanese stall that we're definitely excited about is Oishii Corner! Tucked away in a hawker centre in Toa Payoh, Oishii Corner serves a mix of authentic Japanese and fusion Japanese dishes.
Credit: Azman Zainal on Facebook Owned by a Malay-Muslim couple, Mr Ramli Ibrahim and his wife, Mdm Ning Asih, the stall has been around since 2017 but it's still pretty much a hidden gem. According to Berita Harian, Mr Ramli was previously a cook before pursuing his own business. While it's been around since 2017, Oishii Corner is still pretty much a hidden gem due to its location and the best part is that prices of their dishes are super affordable, ranging from $4 to $6 for main dishes. P.S. Love Japanese food? Check out this halal ramen stall near Masjid Sultan!
Credit: Theosofie Mashon on Facebook One of their recommended dishes is the  Oishii Beef Don ($5.50)  which has generous amounts of thin, tender slices of beef and caramelised onions marinated in a sweet and spicy mix of sambal and Japanese sauces. While traditional Japanese gyudon (beef rice bowl) isn't spicy, the owners have decided to add their own twist to this dish. P.S. Looking for places that are open this Chinese New Year? We've got you covered with this guide!

Their Teriyaki Chicken Udon ($5) will hit the spot. Udon is served in a piping hot sweet broth and topped with mouthwatering tender chicken pieces - you can't go wrong with this dish!
