If you're a fan of the all-time comfort food, this is one stall you won't want to miss! Owned by duo Fahmy Putra and Samuel Loh, the stall is located on the second floor of Amoy Street Food Centre but it actually started out as a home business. In case you're wondering, the name "Mama's Boy Bakes" actually originated from Fahmy's love for his mother's cooking, which in turn, inspired his passion for cooking.

The one dish that you'll definitely want to try is their Classic Mac & Cheese ($8.50) which consists of a special blend of four premium cheese and you can choose between turkey or beef bacon for that dash of saltiness. Topped with bread crumbs, you'll definitely be craving more after one bite ?

P.S. Love Western food? Then you'd love these 12 Western hawker stalls in Singapore!

Another best-seller would have to be their Truffle Mushroom Mac & Cheese ($10.50). Fans of truffle will be enticed by the intense aroma and flavour of mushrooms sautéed in truffle oil. If you find that cheese alone might be too rich for your palate, the truffle mushroom might be just what you need to balance out the cheesy taste.

If you never thought that mac and cheese could be spicy, wait till you've tried Mama's Boy's Lemak Chilli Padi Mac & Cheese ($10.50). This dish has a back story - it's Fahmy's all-time favourite dish by his mother but while traditional lemak chilli padi (chicken in spicy coconut cream) dishes use chicken, Mama's Boy Bakes substitutes it with smoked duck breast instead. Don't miss this if you're a fan of spicy food!

For those of you who can't get enough of that burst of flavours, perhaps you'd like their Korean Mac & Cheese ($9.50). Here's your chance to savour fried chicken tenders which are coated with gochujang (Korean red pepper) spices with a side of kimchi. That's not all - their Butter Chicken Mac & Cheese ($9.50) is perfect for those of you want a touch of Indian food with your mac and cheese.

We're pretty sure by now, Mama's Boy Bakes' inventive creations won't come as a surprise to you. If you're craving something sweet, their Ondeh-Ondeh Bombshells ($3.50) will do the trick. Bite into fried pandan butterscotch cookie dough for a sweet delight on your taste buds. It's served with Gula Melaka sauce on the side to make your experience even sweeter. Check out the other bombshells on the menu too like Chocolate and Mozzarella ?

So if you've been looking to uncover the next halal hidden gem in Singapore's hawker centre, Mama's Boy Bakes should be next on your list. With such a scrumptious variety of mac and cheese, your comfort food just got way better! In case you're not planning to make if all the way to Amoy Street Food Centre, the good news is that they still operate their home business in Tampines (pre-orders for self-collection or delivery).
