Beautiful store! I visited this flagship as a huge fan of Sulwhasoo. Also received a 90 minute signature spa treatment in the basement spa, which was luxurious. Free gift wrapping with my purchase as well- helpful staff. Gorgeous flagship store- thank you!

I walked into this store, because the product was recommended by a friend. Soo Lee greeted us warmly. I asked about the different products they had, and she happily shared information about all the differences of each of the creams. After I made my decision, she wrapped my purchase in a piece of beautiful Korean silk. Then, she took us upstairs, and served us a lovely tea with traditional snacks. This store is very elegant and friendly!

This flagship store is absolutely breathtaking - the design of the store almost feels like a museum, with the history behind certain products and introductions to different ingredients on the wall. I had a lovely time shopping here after coming downstairs from the Balance Spa on the 4th floor, and I want to give special thanks to Jinny for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. Jinny was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products and was so friendly and energetic throughout my visit. She made this experience so memorable, and I will definitely return when I have the chance in the future.

The store is beautiful. The service is top-notch. I would definitely come back and go to the spa and buy more products. Definitely ask them for the nice packaging. It makes a great gift. Visiting the store is a good excuse to come to the lovely neighborhood around it.

Most beautiful K-Beauty store in Seoul. Highly recommend to visit if you want to see the combination of K-Beauty and design aesthetics with an East Asian spin. Really nice
