I visited the shop with my brother this week and we LOVED the experience. Jade was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was lovely to see her and my brother chatting away about their shared interests and love for Japanese gaming culture. He was so happy with his purchases and he said to me after that he wished there was a shop like this in London (where he lives). Thanks so much again Jade, you really made his (and my) day!

I went here during my experience in the city and they were just soooo nice. It wasn’t just a one time thing it was twice. They also care very much about their customers as they still remembered who I was. Absolutely beautiful workers that deserve every amount of support they can get.
