Had an awesome experience shopping for jeans here. Nikki was the sweetest and friendliest store manager I’ve ever met. She gave honest and genuine advices to whether the type of jeans suits me. I’ve only intended to buy 1 pair but came out with 3 happily! We need more store managers like her in Australia :)

A nice store with cute clothes and great sales today. The staff members were so friendly and welcoming. I had only gone in for a quick browse, and came out with two new outfits. Thanks for the lovely experience!

Absolutely love the queens that supported me this Sat morning! Got almost everything I needed and the queen with the Converse went above and beyond to find my last pair of black jeans ??

This is Brent’s wife Amy … I had the best shopping experience at two Dotti locations today . The clothes and salespeople were awesome! At Spencer ST , Anh was super helpful when I found a perfect fitting long black linen skirt but couldn’t find the coordinating top in a size 6. Anh quickly offered to locate the matching top at another store even though she was busy with other customers. She called the Melbourne Central store and had the top put on hold for me to pick up. She was extremely patient while she waited for them to locate the garment. I was very impressed! I then went to the Melbourne Central store to pick up the top. I was met by such a delightful salesperson (Felicity Floofery on receipt) that I felt I would be in good hands if I had her help me find an outer garment needed to complete another outfit . I showed her a photograph of me wearing the outfit and explained that I needed another layer to keep me warm. With her great fashion sense she showed me options that would give me the best look and texture and then explained to me how to accessorize each choice. I ended up buying a second blouse that’s exactly what I needed! I was thrilled to complete the outfit! I will happily return to shop at Dotti ! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!

Came in for a pair of jeans, and the team here were so helpful and super friendly. It's so nice to have such a positive experience in a busy retail space. The young lady who served me was so kind.
