Finally got to try Buza Chicken. Ordered the Snow Cheese Fried Chicken because of other reviews but it was alright for me - maybe it's just my personal preference. The chicken was excellently cooked though! Crispy skin and tender meat. The fries was delicious but next time I'll order it without the snow cheese topping - again, that's just my personal preference. The soy smoked chicken was very unique, I haven't had anything like it. Very smokey. Perfect amount of sauce coating and the chicken was cooked perfectly as well. I wish more of the flavour is absorbed by the chicken, but regardless, I still really enjoyed it. We really liked the pickled radishes and shredded cabbage! Other reviewers are right, the price is slightly lower than other Korean fried chicken places and you get a 5% discount for paying cash. There are plenty of seats, and the vibe is pretty chill. Will definitely come back again to try other food on the menu!

Great place! It is located on the 3rd floor of Melbourne Central. The have a wide variety of dishes with traditional ones and Australian adapted versions, as well as vegetarian options. I tried the kimchi and tofu soup and it was very similar to the authentic one. The sweet and spicy boneless were yummy too! The service is quick, polite and you have the option to order from your table with the QR code. I would definitely go back!

Korean food in Melb Central! ??✨ Always packed! For good reason! Seafood Pancake was massive! Crispy edges. Loaded with seafood ?? Cream Cheese Corn Balls were a surprise hit! ?? Gooey cheese center. Addictive Snow Chicken Half Boneless again! ? Can't get enough! Snow cheese coating. Juicy meat!

Absolutely loved this place! The Korean fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor just the right amount of spice and crunch. You can really tell it’s made fresh. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality you’re getting. Portions are generous too, which is always a win. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu!

Very popular restaurant that has a casual ambiance and comfortable seating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food portions are big and enough for two. Our food was delicious, filling and pocket friendly too. Worth a visit?
