My friends and I visited Pandora Melbourne Central because we love the brand, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. We were assisted by Lauren, who helped us but in a very unfriendly manner. She seemed annoyed and upset by the questions we asked, even though we made an effort to be respectful and patient despite her attitude.

I also work in retail and understand how stressful the job can be at times. However, it is still important to provide good service—especially to customers who are genuinely interested in purchasing. We ended up buying some jewelry because we truly like the products, not because we felt welcomed or supported by her service.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your Melbourne Central store on 31 December 2024 . Unfortunately, the service I received from one of your staff members was far below the standard I have come to expect from Pandora.

Upon entering the store around 2:50 PM, I was assisted by a staff member who exhibited unprofessional behavior. She rolled her eyes, displayed an unhappy demeanor, and appeared disinterested throughout the interaction. While her manner of speaking was acceptable, her attitude was not welcoming or helpful.

After I selected the item I wanted to purchase, I was informed that engraving could not be done. However, this crucial information was not communicated to me at the beginning of the conversation, which caused unnecessary frustration. When I inquired whether engraving might be possible at the Emporium store, she simply stated it was not, without offering any explanation or alternatives.

To make matters worse, the staff did not wear name tags, so I was unable to identify her for reference. She was one of only two staff members in the store at the time and was the smaller-framed individual.

In contrast, when I visited the Emporium Pandora store afterward, the team there was able to assist me with engraving without any issues, highlighting the stark difference in service quality between the two locations.

I believe that better training and communication are essential to ensure a more professional and pleasant customer experience. I hope you will address these concerns with the Melbourne Central team to improve their service in the future.

The sales assistant with the short red hair was very cold and unwelcoming. No greeting it even acknowledgement when I entered the store even though the store was empty. I had to approach her and ask for help and throughout the whole interaction, not a single smile or word from her. She treated me like I was a bother. It was a horrible experience.

Staff were really helpful and patient. I honestly don’t think some of the more critical reviews on here are accurate. Manager was such a nice person that helped me all the way through the purchase of some jewellery and the engraving.

Went in store today with my girlfriend and Lauren was a lifesaver. Helped us put the charm on my gfs new bracelet and helped us out with the current sale :) super busy there too so it was great to be with such a good saleswoman
