Extremely rude service.

There was a worker folding clothes on a table near the front of the store at 1-45pm or so on Sunday 29th December.

I showed them my phone and asked where I could find a specific item which was showing in stock, he just snapped back at me and said "we haven't had these for months" and just waked off. Absolutely no manners or customer service one of the rudest people I have been served by in customer service.

The East Asian female clerk in the fitting room is so mean. Ignore the greeting and roll your eyes while saying thank you. Wouldn't go to this store again

I went to this store to collect my click and collect order. The staff member who is on counter was unable to locate the order from back store office, so she requested the other staff member to help her to locate it, even that member couldn't find it so she called another staff member to look at it.

The third staff member found my order from the back store office and came back to me ACCUSED me and said that, " don't rude to our staff member".

In return, I asked to call that staff member so I could ask her and apologise to her if I was rude, in which she said that you are rude with everyone at the counter. I said, " Don't lie and call her so I can talk to her in which she threat me that you have to leave the store otherwise she will call the security". So I left the store.

After leaving the store I released that I left my wallet, in which I went back and ask the same staff member who accused me ask her that can you check the counter as I accidentally left my wallet. In reply, she said that you don't leave any wallet without checking at the counter. And from there she left. In the meantime, one male staff member can apologise on her behalf and take me to the counter to check that the wallet is still there.

While one of the customers is leaving the counter, she said, ' you accidentally left the wallet'. Which I get it from the one of the staff member.

I asked the counter staff member to call that staff member as she lied to me. That counter staff member who handed over my wallet she said that she went on a break.
While I am about to leave the store, the same staff member who accused me is on the floor arranging the racks. I told her not to lie, and in replied, she said , " Look at you, creating the scene." In which the same male who helped me to get my wallet apologised to me on her behalf. In which I left the store.

I am really disappointed with that staff member.

Can you hire nice people? Literally left the store because the staff I asked for help to locate the item was so unfriendly and unenthusiastic to help she kept trying to hwt rid of me… what basis are these people getting hired on again?? For being white?
