HUGE shoutout to Nina, can't stress enough how much of a superstar human they were. Hands-down the best sales experience I've had... probably ever. The were engaging, inviting, and quick witted with a thorough understanding of the company's deals and processes, a pride in their appearance, and a genuine dedication to helping a customer find the best. Over the three days I had been in to toss up my options, they remained genuinely helpful and non-biased in their support, which ultimately won me over any of the alternative companies. They set me up on a great plan, offered the full ins-and-outs of warrantee coverage, helped package an offer with some new headphones, and through it all had a fantastic energy and attention to detail. There were a lot of laughs. Can't recommend them enough, and have been telling everyone I know about the fantastic bargain and sales experience I had at JB Bourke Street because of that legend. ALSO shoutout to Lia for their sound expertise and charm as well! Great team in general throughout the store. P.S: please reimburse them for the break im sure they lost helping me set up my new products. Took YEARS off our lives

Great advice from salesman and great friendly staff experience all around.. I was asked if I needed help by 5 different staff while I was waiting for the salesman to find a laptop for me! which was very refreshing
