Very fascinating facade, now, during Christmas holidays time, lightened up with lights and decorated

MICF 2025 - visited Portrait room for Tom Cashman with comfortable chairs and Supper room for Lloyd Langford with the upper section on the plastic tilt uncomfortable chairs. Recently visited during the MICF 2024 for Paul Williams. We were in a little back stage room in a tiny hallway which is a bit interesting. It is always a beautiful and lively spot here.

Went to the Town Hall for the Comedy Festival and it was so grand! With all the lights and fittings, it felt like a truly magical place. Hope to visit again for other events soon!

Took a tour of the Melbourne Town Hall today and it was one of the best ways to spend a Monday afternoon. Please, please, please give tour guide Ken all the compliments! He's so knowledgeable, and readily shares so many interesting facts and stories about the building and its famous visitors. I wish the tour would go on for longer but of course, understand that there are staff getting on with their work day. Being on this tour has given me another reason to love Melbourne.
