Omg.. Such an amazing experience, making me so happy && my day. This Gucci store at Cheongdam-dong provides Global Top Scale Customer service. I cannot compare their professional, unique && World's best customer service with other boutiques, all over the world. Very gentle, kind, elegant and proper well-mannered. I have got so much impressive for a lady, named Jimin Jeong. She said that she was only a newbie client advisor, but I do not think she is a newcomer. Her service and communication skill are so professional. Well.. I did not have a mind to purcahse any goods at first, but her service made me to purchase goods. hahaha.. Can you believe it? They served me some cakes and candies as well with some sparkle water. I talked to her almost for 30 minutes until I enjoyed the refreshments. They prepared everything for me ( I made an appointment for shopping in advance(of course, already I delivered my mind to purchase a bag 100% sure before) Thank you, GUCCI! Thank you, Miss Jimin Jeong! See you again!

Our experience at the Gucci flagship store in Cheongdam was nothing short of extraordinary, and Mr. Insoo Kim played a pivotal role in making it so. His warm and genuine welcome immediately set a positive tone. Mr. Kim's extensive knowledge of the collections and the brand's rich history was impressive, and he shared his insights with a refreshing humility. We never felt pressured, yet his kindness, patience, and expertise inspired our purchase of the limited edition scarf, a Gucci sunglass and the stunning new Gucci trench coat. The seamless service continued when Mr. Kim called Ms. Naomi and another attentive staff member, who efficiently coordinated the sleeve alterations for my wife's purchase. While we waited, we were treated to coffee, juices, and delectable seasonal pastries – a thoughtful touch. Ms. Naomi's recommendation for dinner at the nearby Paring Room proved to be a highlight of our trip, offering an unforgettable Italian culinary experience. The in-house tailor's prompt service ensured the coat was perfectly adjusted within three hours, and Mr. Kim went above and beyond by arranging its flawless delivery to our conveniently located hotel. Based on our extensive travels and visits to flagship stores worldwide, we can unequivocally state that Mr. Insoo Kim, Ms. Naomi, and the entire team at the Gucci Cheongdam location are the best Client Advisors we have ever had the pleasure of meeting with.
