Other than great food, service, and atmosphere, they offer box sets which is the way to go. With the box sets, you get whatever your main order is plus the broccoli, shitake in garlic sauce on cauliflower, and choice of sides. They also offer healthy drinks like Vitamin 123 and Just Beet It. And the cool thing about this vegan place is that they offer stuff not found in Chinese restaurants; not even specialty ones. If you don't feel like Chinese food, you can get the Xi'an Burger or the combo which gives you yam fries, iced tea or hot and sour soup. They deliver but my wife ate inside. Like I said, atmosphere is great as the sitting is cozy and the customers were polite too.

Spicy Yuba with purple rice - soooo damn good. Soup dumplings - yummy! Generous portions at fair prices. Huge menu. Where has this place been my entire life? The only downsides are that there’s no bathroom and that they’re not fully vegan. Very casual atmosphere. I highly recommend checking this place out if you like Asian food.

Went for lunch. One of our favorite spots in the neighborhood....got so much, the fried fish the konjac noodles veggie dumplings. Chili oil wontons, and tofu summer rolls. Always great vegan/vegetarian options here. Everything is good.

A new favorite restaurant! The food at Tofubox is so flavorful and fresh, plus they have dishes that are hard to find veganized elsewhere such as mapo tofu, xian noodles, and more. There are lots of options and everything we tried was amazing. On top of that, the waitress who works weekends is very attentive and kind. She knew her stuff and was knowledgable about veganism. It was our first time visiting and she gave wonderful recommendations. Do note, certain menu items that say “egg” are vegetarian, not vegan. The restaurant itself is clean and cozy with very little frills. Definitely eat at Tofubox, you won’t find vegan food this good at their price point anywhere else in NYC! We can’t wait to come back to try more!!

Love this place! BUT if y’all are reading this PLEASE wrap the summer rolls more carefully or double wrap them, lately they come busted open and It’s sooo difficult to eat which is a shame because they’re delicious!
