The cashier and the manager were quite humble and showed that they were willing to learn. Because it was first time they encountered a coupon redemption from prizeshop. Spent some time for them to input the order into the system. The kitchen looks bright and clean too. However the table needs to be wiped but staff was too busy in kitchen. I ordered the 9.9 SGD value set and upgraded it to black pepper chicken with another 2.50 SGD. I can really taste the the actual chicken. The chicken nuggets also felt very juicy with real chicken. Fries was mildly fried and soft. But it was quite nice. Overall I had a better experience here than the branch at raffles city. I think the problem with raffles city was the very cramped and dark working environment. Edit : Not sure how their two free mini buns works. Supposed to do a review via scanning a qr code and it eventually led me here and no further instructions on how to get the mini buns

Extremely impressed by the service at this outlet. Not only were the staff friendly and patient, they accommodated my special request. Specifically, I didn't want a drink with my set and was fine with paying the same price, but the staff, out of her own initiative, gave me some extra fries as "compensation". This small gesture left an incredibly satisfactory first impression. To the restaurant, if this was unintended, actions like these are invaluable to enhancing customer experience, please do not discourage this practice! (NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS: PLEASE DO NOT EXPLOIT THIS.) Fries were nicely textured but could use a little more salt, though I understand not everyone enjoys overly salty fries. Their buns have a nice chewy bite and portions are adequate given the price ($7.99 for burger, fries, drink). Meal was served warm and yummy. Highly recommended and will be returning with more company soonest. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Burger huge, generous with sauce, can be messy. No serviettes provided. Mala sauce is good flavour, though not spicy just salty. Large set good worth. Preparation can take quite some time.

i like the burger bun it is soft and chewy! chicken is also not bad. wasn’t expecting much from the fries but it was actually quite tasty. have to eat quickly to prevent it from being soggy. i ordered takeaway and food was ready within 5 mins (during non peak) overall exceeded expectations but $9 is a little pricey for me
