Tim Hortons, Pasir Ris Mall

Went to the Pasir Ris Tim Hortons several times. The coffee and food are good, and the space looks nice, but it can feel congested during peak hours. We have tried the café latte, white chocolate mocha, and Belgian chocolate mocha. From the melts menu, we’ve had the pesto chicken tomato and chicken sandwich and the maple glazed chicken ham & cheese sandwich. Also some cakes. All were perfect. But the service of the staff is not as good as expected.

Been to here few times and the coffee does taste better than Starbucks. There’s a free donut redemption with any purchase if you are a member. Hope the staff are more alert and attentive though. I was the only one on the queue line but none of the 4 staff noticed my presence while they were doing their own things until 40 seconds later 🙃. But they were friendly and polite when taking order. The entire cafe is well lit and bright.

30/July/2025 Had 2 Americano for coffee break ($9.40), was normal. One man operation. We used to ordering machine which was quite ok. Reasonably big dining area.

bagel was toasted really well! it paired so well with the cream cheese it was such a pleasant experience to be served by the cashier named balqys she was such a lovely lady who helped to recommend which bagel was delicious service by this lady balqys really made my day❤️
