Very good service, nice ambience and fast waiting time despite us coming right after they just opened. No need to wait for a table but if you come in a group more than 6, I would recommend to reserve a table in advance. Price is on the expensive side but it's worth it. The food is good and the drinks as well. Would come again for other food!

We are served by Nazari and enjoyed our dinner very much. Zazari the Supervisor is gentle and very attentive. Salman the Mgr is very warm and made us feel very welcome. The food is very good especially beef Rendang is a must try. We will definitely fly to KL again for Serai. Thank you.

The foods are really good and amazing. I love the aglio olio its perfect balance of oil and flavour. It’s more towards the spicy side if you want less spicy please inform them. The serai platter is great. This will be my go-to spot when coming to KLCC. Thank you for the great service Serai Team
