Petronas Twin Tower, Level 4, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We visited Petrosains on a Monday during the school holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find it not too crowded. My child had a fantastic time, and we didn't even realize we spent 5 hours there! It brought back memories of my school trips to the same place. The interactive and educational exhibits are perfect for both kids and adults. There's also a prayer room available, which was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied and look forward to visiting again.
Very interesting science center from Petronas. It was full, yet not over crowded so that the children could do many of the scientific fun equipments. Overall, it was a worthy visit. We spent 3 hours and had so much fun.
Pros: Kids can spend about 4-5 hours here. 2. Food is available within klcc 3. Various hands-on equipment to explore 4. Helpful staff 5. There are play areas for kids 2-6 Cons 1. We need to wait for the exhibitions as each session can be crowded with 30 over people 2. Some exhibitions are out of order 3. One of the staff asked us to come out of queue to scan or code for the car simulation and asked us to queue back behind the person who came after us, which is not fair.
A lot of fun activities for. Suitable for both adults and kids. Went on weekend and it was not so crowded for morning session. Easy to purchase ticket online. There is a cafe halfway. Easily could’ve spent 1-3 hours here.
Well the place is ok. A lot of exhibits and well maintained. Could get you and your kids preoccupied for at least 2 to 3 hours. Many hands on science experiments and games to toy around with ... there should be spatial maps indicating where you are and where the exits. I mean i got lost running around in circles trying to locate the exit. Imagine if there is an emergency. Not many washrooms are available inside here. Again a map of our current location within the overall space of this establishment would be very helpful. There are some staffs here and there to assist with visitors , otherwise you are on your own most of the time. Could be crowded during school holiday and holiday season. And weekends too. Tickets are sold locally at kiosk and online too.
