I am not sure why the raiting is low, but the food here is super nice and the price is very affordable. Plus if you come at night around 830pm there is a boat where they bring you around to see fireflies.I went here on multiple occasions with different people and by far everyone is happy with their seafood offerings and the food. We wanted to come here for the firefly and dinner tour but the firefly earlier slots were taken up, so we just have dinner.

Honestly, the food is quite bad. I have tasted much better kelong seafood l. The cereal squid is so rubbery and the grill mussels were also rubbery. Their sauce is very sweet, a little off for our liking. The only nice food that I felt edible was the grilled stingray. Actually even this one was burnt on the grill side.

Overall I think they cater more for the tour than food.

If not for the close proximity to your lodging, we won’t have come here.

By the way to enter here is through a construction road. So follow it and you will reach it. there are not many street lamps within the area, so use high beam if you are driving.

Fabulous experience to watch fireflies.  3mm tiny insects with their subtle and divine light on the river bank trees.  We ride a 40-50 men-sized boat for about 60min.  The boat staff is kind to pass the firefly to your hand if he can.  But we do not recommend dining at the restaurant.  We had interesting rubbery fish and dead shells, and spaghetti-like hor-fun.  Wonder ketchup and pepper flavour mostly.  Do not take a risk for firefly watching.

We came around 7pm. There wasn't any queue but the place was already 60% occupied. Had we come 30 mins later, we needed to join a long queue. ?‍?

The food was just okay.

The food took about 15-20 minutes to arrive.

So if you plan to go for the firefly cruise, I suggest you book the cruise 1st with the cashier, so that once you're done eating, you can proceed on to the cruise. If you book after you're done eating, you might have to wait for a later slot which might be hours later...
