9/10@4.28pm - We went to take away - place an order on the app and walk to the counter to pay by cash - attended by cashier Nor Alya that was rather rude - by showing hand gesture of asking cash - I mention " dik nak tanya "( as I wanna inform on the 2 original & 3 hot spicy chicken I stated at the app) but she cut off me off before I could speak by saying rudely that I don't know ,I only can give that also if have any - I prompted her by saying - dik I didn't even finish my sentence why are you cutting me off this way - she showed her disapproval face which was rude - printed the receipt ,crumpled and throw at the counter - The manager that was witnessing this incident all the while - didn't even bother to attend to us the client to address the issue - To the owner of this KFC Desaru franchise - please look into this matter as your staff Nor Alya is very rude and your manager that was on duty didn't even have the courtesy to look into this matter .Professionalism is thumbs down..Customer Service thumbs down .Chicken and tender bites was rather salty...You may check your CCTV to verify on this incident - 1st ever such experience with KFC

Placed my order at 5:50 PM but only received it around 6:15 PM. Despite having 4 staff in the kitchen, they were working too slowly—seemed like there was more talking than actual working. Definitely needs better efficiency and focus on service.

The one and only worst KFC in the whole of Malaysia.  We came in and order and waited for 30 mins when there is no other customers around at 9.30pm in the evening  The manager was no where to be seen.  The poor chap was struggling behind the counter.  When the manager came, she gave a face to the chap instead of sorting out the mess and taking charge.  KFC please look into this outlet of yours.  They disgraced the reputation of KFC.  Not only the service was bad, the chicken was dry, the burger was not sauced properly, the coke only had colour and full of gas, but no taste.  I have been here many a times, this is the worst ever.
