Service: While the staff was polite, the restaurant was very packed during my visit, leading to long waits for the dishes to be served. It was even difficult to grab a staff member to take orders and check on the delay. The busy environment seemed to overwhelm the team, which affected the overall service experience. Cost: The live seafood is priced by weight, so you can choose based on your budgets. The quality of the food makes the price well worth it. A great place for seafood lovers!

Went for lunch, and went back for dinner. Lunch was less crowded and had more options; some dishes were sold out by dinner time. Highly recommend the silk prawns, salted egg crab, salted egg squid. XO fried rice was on the salty side. Great for large groups.

Visited this restaurant in two days for dinner, the foods are really delicious. Must try Salted Egg Crab (the salted egg sauce damn solid), Salted Egg Squids, Crispy Fried Baby Sotong and XO Fried Rice. The sambal kangkong also have the wok hey. Sambal Stingray is ok only as the sauce is on the sweet side. The Steamed Soon Hock is quite fresh. Definitely will visit again next time.

Went to Nelayan Seafood for dinner at Desaru with the family. Had the crayfish, steam fish, fried chicken, shark fin soup, salted egg sotong and kailan. Overall food is quite good and located nicely near to the beach.

Nelayan Seafood by the Coast is a really nice place to eat. It's right next to Tunamaya, facing the beach, so the view is lovely and it feels very relaxed. The service here is fantastic. The people who work there are super friendly and always ready to help. They give great food suggestions, and they even pour your drinks for you without you asking! That's really impressive. You have to try the Hong Kong Style Steamed Fish. It was so good! The Butter Prawns were also yummy. And don't forget the Kangkung Belacan it was my favorite! If you're looking for a place with tasty seafood, a beautiful beach view, and people who really take care of you, you should definitely try Nelayan Seafood by the Coast. You'll love it!
