Nice cheap kebab roll (700yen). Although the portion is a bit small from average kebab, but its enough for a light dinner or supper. They only have chicken kebab. The sellers can speak so much different language and quite fluent.
We luckily stumbled across this shop trying to find somewhere else to eat and the aroma coming from them stopped us dead in our tracks SO SO FLAVORFUL, if I could’ve had 3, I would’ve!! My boyfriend had to get a 2nd! The gentlemen working running the restaurant are so kind and you can tell this is a passion for them 10/10 would recommend stopping and sharing a kebab roll at least!!
Amazing kebab, and even more amazing service. These guys were so nice and welcoming, and a joy to talk to. We heard them speak about 5 different languages to different groups, which was really cool to see.
This place is a hidden gem in Kyoto with delicious, affordable Turkish food. The chicken kebabs were fresh and full of flavor, and the staff was super friendly. The owner was also incredibly honest—when we accidentally handed him ¥11,000 instead of ¥2,000, he quickly pointed the “big money” and gave the extra money back. Very tasty food and definitely a must-try if you’re in the area. I liked the bowl better than the roll.
The chicken doner kebab wrap here is amazing! Freshly prepared chicken, seasoned and stacked on a skewer and then cooked slowly and sliced on order to enjoy with salad wrapped in bread! Also, they have a traditional Turkish ice cream called Maras Dondurma which is delicious! This gets 5* as just enjoying the food made me feel like I was in a Turkey, it's also significantly fresher, tastier and better than any doner kebab I've had from my home city in London.
