Great work raising money for the Ronald McDonald House Charity.
They had it decked out in balloons and dressed up characters. Felt like a fun birthday party for kids!
We got 2 Big Macs and made a donation. Food and service as expected. Glad to see them supporting families with sick kids.

They had a whole wall of ‘hands’ to show support. Each of them represented a a few dollars that were given. Good job to that team.

Glad I came though.

Parking was easy. The space was accessible. Drive through looked packed but fast.

Terrible service. They're always late, it's always dirty. How is it possible there are more than 10 people working and the place is in this condition? And why does it take so long to complete the delivery? Total disorganization. There's no order, no leadership, no supervision. Don't waste time and money in this place. It looks like a kindergarten.

WORST MCDONALD’S I’VE BEEN TO! Checked the bag before I drove home and noticed they missed one burger. Had to park the car and go down to ask for the burger.
Arrived home and opened the burger boxes ??? they were a sloppy mess and the meat was burnt. They were not edible. We only ordered one drink and they couldn’t even get that right. We took the burgers and drink back and spoke to the manager. He asked one of the staff members (some young kid with an attitude) to make us fresh burgers and he gave us the correct drink. None of the staff there look like they know what they’re doing.
We arrived home and opened the boxes…nothing changed. If anything, they were just as bad, if not worse. We put them straight into the bin.

The overall experience was horrible. Mc chicken patty was missing, and very minimal lettuce. Missing a small chips, chips were old and over salted, both Happy meals came poorly prepared and frozen coke came only half full. Tall, dark skin girl served us, and her attitude was poor. Took very long to receive order just for it to be horrible!

I bought filet-o-fish tonight and it was dry, no sauce. When I told them about it, the Indian lady said there’s sauce and it’s one pump, explaining if I needed extra sauce, I should have told the counter. I explained to her that I’ve always bought fillet-o-fish and it never looked like this, super dry and no sauce. I know how a fillet-o-fish should look like. I told her that I want a refund, she said because I bit it already she can’t. I asked for a replacement. She agreed but hardly. They gave me another filet, with extra sauce and half the cheese was missing. Now I have to throw it in the bin because I don’t trust them. They might have done something to it and due to their poor hygiene. That was poor customer service.
