This place is a solid choice for a chill and tasty taco experience. The vibe is relaxed, the service is great, and the menu is focused – they're not trying to be everything to everyone, just a good taqueria. We dove into the vegan cauliflower taco (thumbs up!) and the fish taco, which boasted a seriously impressive chunk of tasty fish. The hand-smashed potatoes looked amazing, and while they were generously drizzled with chipotle mayo (a little went a long way for us!), they were undeniably delicious and clearly a popular choice. Still, the tacos were on point, and the overall experience was good enough to bring us back for round two.
It was a beautiful warm day in Fremantle, and we were out with friends when we saw this place absolutely bustling with people. Found a table (somehow). The interiors were quite authentically done, and the place had a very happy vibe. 5/5 for the ambience We ordered a good mix of food and drinks. Here are the things we ordered: Birria tacos (lamb): These were absolute flavour bombs. I had been craving birria tacos for a whole (thank you Instagram) and these really hit the spot. 5/5 We also ordered beef tacos because they were out of lamb ones (obviously) and these were good as well. Not as tender and juicy but decent. 4/5 Baja taco: This was decent as well. Could be more flavourful. 4/5 Spicy margarita: Again, bomb. Loved these. 5/5 Chicken thigh (don’t remember the name, unfortunately): This was a bit underwhelming. Lacked flavour 3/5 All in all, it was solid. Some of the things could use an uplift. The service was fair as well. No complaints there. 4/5 The food was a little on the costlier side, but I will visit again for the drinks and the vibe.
Fresh, high quality Mexican food and drinks. There is a good selection of dishes - small and larger plates. I would highly recommend the vegan tacos, the ceviche (market fish) and the crushed potatoes. The frozen margarita was also delicious. Good service and a wonderful atmosphere.
Always wanted to try this place. So glad I finally did. Enter into a beautifully dining area that is so tropical with overgrown hanging branches and leaves. Food was fantastically delicious and tasty. Finger licking good. Cocktail frozen Margaritas is a must starter to get you into the mood
