An absolute must-try if you are staying in Kyoto. The food, atmosphere and the staff were all exceptional! Amazing prices and the food was delicious and authentic, well accompanied by our waiter, Santos. He ensured we were comfortable and all our expectations were met above and beyond, will most definitely be coming back here next time we are staying in Kyoto!!!

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Amazing staff, atmosphere was fantastic looking out over the river and at Kyoto and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend and will be returning when am back in the area.

Place is tucked in on 5 th floor but easily accesible by life. The owner is very welcoming. Food taste is great , especially the veg curry and noodles. It has a low key , cool vibe, inexpensive. Dont expect an upscale experience but a more homely feel. He has hookah as well and a guitar that you can play.
