About

There's nothing more refreshing than an icy bowl of cendol on a hot day, and Deen CT Corner serves up cendol with just the right balance of sweetness and flavours. Operating for more than 20 years, you know you're in the right hands to serve you this famous Malaysian dessert, with its worm-like green jelly, decadent coconut milk and the perfect drizzle of palm sugar on top of finely shaved ice.

Saw this shop across the road. On this sunny day, what can quench your throat if it's not "cendol"? Their iconic one is Cendol PJK, Pulut Jagung Kacang. It is just your regular cendol, but the feel of eating it in a limited place and sitting while watching a busy road. It's just a perfect place for photography. Honestly I not a fan of cendol, but hey, at least I try their special.

We ordered the cendol biasa and cendol pulut. Cendol biasa is RM3 and cendol pulut was RM4.50, and we liked both. It’s not too sweet as we thought. Seating arrangement was rather basic. Just few stools and benches with no tables. Good for a quick cendol fix.

This Cendol Corner is my go-to place to enjoy a cold bowl of delicious cendol since many years ago. The owners still maintain their original taste. This small premise is situated just across the road from Kamdar. Their hot selling combo is or course PJK, i.e. pulut, jagung and kacang. The secret of this wonderful dessert lies in their gula melaka syrup, which is thick and rich in flavour.
