It's.... lake? It seems like it was used to be the place of mining. Then they hit the water when they digged, then it turned to lake as the result. Anyway they charge 12RM for entrance. but what you can see is only lake, then if you want to take a boat, then they charge 30RM. I want to give 2 stars for this activity, BUT the guide for the boat was awsome. He was saying that he came from Nepal, and his taking was really fun and nice. So I gave extra 2 more stars. Activity itself, not good, but entertainment was good.
Absolutely gorgeous lakes! It was an incredible experience! There are two lakes here, I recommend you go to both! (And don’t miss out on snake mouth cave between the two!) Tasik Cermin 1 (Mirror Lake): Accessible through a 90-meter century-old mining tunnel, the lake unveils a breathtaking scene of still waters reflecting the surrounding limestone formations. Tasik Cermin 2 (Hidden World): This secluded lake is reached via a 130-meter water tunnel navigated by boat. Emerging from the tunnel feels like entering a hidden realm, with pristine waters mirroring the untouched natural surroundings. The absence of docks or railings enhances the sense of immersion in nature. Monkeys, mountain goats, turtles and bats can all be spotted in this lake (if you’re lucky!) While you’re waiting for your boat to Tasik Cermin 2 you can enjoy snacks at the gorgeous cafeteria (their Cendol and white coffee are great!) On your walk down from Tasik Cermin 1 to Tasik Cermin 2 you will pass by a small cave called “Snake Mouth Cave” with beautiful rock formations. It’s very small but since you’re already there you should check it out! You can also pick up a love lock for you and your loved one here for 20 rm - 30 rm! I highly recommend you go here and enjoy the tranquility! It’s spectacular!
It's only good for a very short tour. It's not much of attractions here, but if you love mountains and birds watching, then it's worth the visit. It's free unless you want to cross over the tunnel that costs RM4 tickets to get to the end where the mountain reflections on the lake are. There's a boat ride as well if you want to ride for RM25
Such a great experience! Tho i went there when public holiday, but the queue is not that long because one trip is for 6-7 person. The tour guide is really helpful and fun when he told us about Tasik Cermin’s history. And it’s really safe for kid if you guys worry about the safety because they give us a life jacket and helmet, also the guide always remind us to keep our head safe when we go into the tunnel.
