Was looking for somewhere that local Sri Lankans would go and a tour guide recommended this place. It's basic but the food was fantastic. It was a little cold, but the flavours were fantastic and the people were great. It's basic but worth a visit. Also it's dry so if you're looking for a beer to go with your dinner you'll need to bring with.

Pretty good and affordable. Try their chicken rice. The system is simple. You pick three vegetable curries and one meat curry along with the type of rice you’d like. And then you pay at the counter after which they will handover the plate to you. Very nice food.

I had two great meals from Curry Pot on marine drive. I got my takeaway dinner of prawn curry with rice for LKR 700 and same for prawn curry with string hoppers for breakfast the next day. Both times I went in person so I don’t know what the online experience is like. The food was delicious.

Inside the restaurant was very calm and peaceful. The sea view made our mind relax.✨️ You can select the food and beverage you want. There're wide variety of curries to choose. We perch our breakfast for affordable price and takeaway, but we need to tell this place is really good for dine in. The rice and curry were really tasty and very hygienic. The waiters provided fast service. The customer service is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone.?We'll definitely come again. Thank you for the service.

Our first curry in Sri Lanka and the most authentic one, really delicious with various sides ! Hardest one also, maybe not for you if you don’t like spices ?️ There are few foreigners so it’s a typical place, nonetheless don’t let the cashier overcharging you if you are a tourist ?
