Soul Boardwalk, Second Floor T2.04, 4 Esplanade, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217, Australia
Going to a restaurant for me is an experience. It is due to my extensive experience as a young girl in hospitality. I appreciate a generous genuine service, I appreciated a place with a character and i appreciate good food. Brazilian flame Bar and Grill team today gave me an unforgettable experience not only ticking all the boxes but exceeding every expectation. The offer they provide is so generous that I tried all types of meat including Kangaroo and crocodile. I even had a lovely conversation with a few of the employees and I cannot highly recommend this place enough. If you happen to be in Surfers paradise, you should make sure to visit this place for an experience like no other. Thank you again
Tourists! Attention! If you are visiting Australia for the first time and you are game for kangaroo and crocodile meat, this is the place! Kangaroo tastes… it’s hard to place it. It’s wild and has a distinct smell. Not a fan, but got it checked. Crocodiles taste like chicken. Older chicken. Don’t hate it. All you can eat meat buffet! Kids under 12 is $21.99
What a meat lover’s paradise! There’s a great variety to choose from, and my favourites were the slow-cooked beef, lamb, chicken, and chicken hearts. Some cuts were a bit salty due to the rock salt seasoning, but still tasty overall. The meat was all cooked perfectly; meanwhile, the coleslaw, mask potato, pumpkin purée were yummy as well. The surprise winner? The dessert! The ice cream was super rich and creamy, and the grilled pineapple soaked in honey and cinnamon was absolutely delicious! The staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.
We had 4 adults and two small children in our group when we recently dined at Brazilian Flame BBQ in Surfers Paradise. Despite the bustling atmosphere, we were seated promptly. The service is unique: waiters circulate with a variety of grilled meats and even grilled pinapple, and if something catches your eye, they carve off slices right at your table – remember to use the provided tongs! Kids 5 and under eat free, which is a nice perk for families. The selection was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the rump cap, lamb, and garlic chicken. My crocodile, unfortunately, was a bit overcooked and from an edge piece, but my partner's portion was tender and delicious. Beyond the meats, they offer a range of tasty sides. We enjoyed the mashed potatoes, pumpkin puree, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the roast potatoes were a little dry. It was a shame because there was a big portion provided, and i love roast potatoes, and no one wanted to eat more than one. The dessert selection was also great – we especially loved the churros, jelly, ice cream, and fried banana – a sweet end to a savoury feast! At $63 per person, it's a great value if you have a hearty appetite, but might be a bit pricey if you're not a big eater."
