Room is definitely very limited in size and not a place to relax and hang around, other than to sleep. It really depends on what you want. We just need a room to sleep so this is okay. Location is great and very conveniently located in Orchard road. Transports are easily to get hold of as well. Thus this is a nice hotel for us.

This is by far my favourite hotel in Singapore. We have stayed at this hotel for three holidays between 2022 and 2025, and we keep coming back. The location is incredibly convenient, right at the heart of all the shopping and dining options on Orchard Road. Everything is within walking distance, with a bus stop right outside the building (to Sentosa Island) and a metro stop (Orchard NS22) not far away. The facilities and the rooms are clean and very well maintained. The rooms are limited in size, but good enough for two people to relax and sleep. The room is equipped with everything you might need, and if something is missing or you would like to request additional toiletries, it's just a simple call away. One of the two robots will bring it up to your room within minutes. The bathroom is interesting with floor-to-ceiling glass allowing you to look out over the city (the higher the floor, the better the view, of course). Don't worry, they have privacy blinds :-). The pool is great for a swim in the morning, very well maintained and checked daily. There's also a small gym with modern equipment. I highly recommend a stay at Yotel Orchard when visiting Singapore!

The view is impressive from the bathroom, it really felt different. I was living in this hotel for a few days in 2023. The location is great, that's why it's quite expensive wiht a tiny room. It is acceptable, I have seen smaller ones. The breakfast buffet was nice with many selection with a little swimming pool somewhere outside.

We had such an interesting experience staying here. it was our first time seeing hotel service robots,and the kids absolutely loved them. They were so excited every time the robot delivered something to our room. The hotel itself feels new and modern, with smart design and great location right in the middle of Orchard. Perfect for families looking for something different and fun during their stay in Singapore!

The best thing about YOTEL Singapore is its fantastic location — very central and convenient. The room layout is efficient, and the adjustable beds are a cool feature. But many rooms have obstructed views, and the rooms are quite small. I really disliked the self check-in — it’s irritating, and some human touch would make the stay feel more welcoming. The automation just takes away from the hospitality experience.
