This is the second VietSmith location I've been to. Food: I ordered the Homemade Grilled Chicken with Vietnamese Rice + Fried Egg. Loved it. But I think it lacks volume. Perhaps a larger rice portion or larger slice of chicken. While everything else is nicely portioned. Fresh ingredients. I'm not sure about the sauce, it was more of a hot sauce than a fish sauce. The rice was not really Vietnamese style broken rice but regular steamed rice you typically find at any other restaurant. I also ordered two servings of the Spring Rolls I took TO GO. Not sure why they cut them in half, they should be served as a whole. I think they cut it in half to make it appear larger is serving size.

Fast service, good and delicious food, comfortable ambience and most importantly, staff going beyond the mile. Uncle Tan and Nurul were attentive and served with a smile. Prices are not over the top too considering that it’s located in town. Love this!

chanced upon this halal restaurant while walking around and decided to give it a try. the sizzling pan grilled beef steak was so good. beef was soft, sauce was flavourful. muuuust dip the bread in the sauce! vietnamese chicken salad, lemongrass prawn and fried rice were good too! buuut the coffees were a little underwhelming. ordered ice latte, ice coco nut latte, and ice pandan gula melaka latte. but they all taste the same to me 😭
