Wonil Handwritten is a really nice new hotel where the service was excellent—exactly what we have come to expect from Accor Hotels. In particular, Joshi provided outstanding service, listened to us, and was genuinely helpful. We only changed hotels to be closer to the city, but our experience here was exceptional. The best and biggest room is unfortunately located on the 2nd floor, directly in front of the huge air conditioning motors, which can be a bit noisy. However, aside from that, the outstanding crew goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Congratulations to the team for their dedication and excellent service!

What a great getaway! The view from the room of the water was great, the location was perfect to get out of town, but the best part was Hayley from customer service. She went above and beyond to over deliver on our night away from home. She made us feel very special. Thank you, Hayley!
