If you book a room with a harbour view it might be worth checking before you arrive that it doesn’t look into the side of the hotel and over a tin roof! Staff kindly assisted to find me another room. Great location, lots of restaurants below. Quite noisey though, even on 5th floor.

Stayed a Saturday night in February. We had a room overlooking harbour which was spectacuar. The room itself was excellent. My only thought for others is that the pubs below close at 1am so very loud. No sleep until after 1:30am.

Rooms need an upgrade but the price probably reflects that, apart from walking a couple of police officers walking out with a man in handcuffs, which could have been avoided if employees were trained to cordon off the reception until this was over left us rather distressed and wondering if we were safe. We had to ask for our free drinks as per the app. Otherwise the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great service at the front desk. Room was spacious and well equipped. My only hesitation is the noise outside. It got quite loud at times but not enough to put us off.

Our one bedroom apartment with Kitchenette was amazing and what we needed, although the floors and furniture were dated. TV glitched a lot but honestly weren’t there a heap to worry us too much. View and location made up for it as they were perfect and staff were lovely. Thanks for a nice little stay for a couple nights.
