Had an amazing vacation/honeymoon thanks to Kayana!!! We stayed from 19 to 24 February. Upon reaching, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, Nana. And then they surprised us with an upgrade us to a duplex villa. We are so thankful for this. All the staff here are amazing and have really good hospitality skills. Just to mention a few names we remember - Nana, Rizwandy, Kadek - but all of the other staff were also very helpful and polite. ❤️ The villa itself is very clean, including the private pool. We could easily call/whatsapp the staff whenever we needed something and they assisted us promptly. There is also free buggy service that can bring guests to and fro lobby/room/restaurant. What we also loved is the complimentary daily ala carte breakfast, which we can choose to have in room. All the food we had so far were delicious!! Plenty of choices, and we could even choose to takeaway our breakfast when we left early for a trip. The hotel also helped to arrange a personal speedboat to gili trawangan, and a land cruise. We also tried the spa, it was clean, relaxing. The beach is also a walking distance. The only downside is the hotel is very far, but perfect for honeymoon couples who want some peace and quiet. Overall we had an enjoyable time in Kayana and will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends! Thank you Kayana staff ❤️❤️❤️ - from Mr & Mrs Irfan (singapore)

We had a truly wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly lovely—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The hotel offers great privacy, and the rooms are both cozy and beautifully designed. Each villa comes with its own private pool, which was not only stunning but also perfect for relaxing in peace. The cliffside restaurant was absolutely charming. Watching the sunrise and the soft colors of the evening sky from there was such a romantic and memorable experience. The food was exquisite—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and surprisingly generous in portion. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality. All in all, we were more than satisfied. We would absolutely love to come back!

We just recently visited the Kayana Resort in Lombok for a family trip. The resort was amazing. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Nana and Sahir who were both doing the most to make our stay enjoyable. Food was amazing, we loved that the three course meals were delivered spaced out to give us time to enjoy and digest before the next course was delivered. Rooms were massive, pool was cleaned each day as were the rooms and fresh linen as well. We particularly were impressed by the Happy Birthday spread done on my brother in laws bed to celebrate his 40th. Highly recommend to all.

My partner and I just stayed there for our Honeymoon and it was a unique experience! The place is a paradise, the rooms are well taken care and the highlights are the personnel, we felt so welcome everyone there is nice, specially Nana and Nur ! Thank you for everything! Views are awesome food is so delicious, rooms are so comfy! Best honeymoon getaway ever! We are definitely looking forward to go back!

We had the most wonderful stay. The room was fantastic, with lovely views of the ocean. Great bed, good Aircon and lovely staff. We went snorkeling off the beach and it was better than gilli meno. Loved the restaurant, what views. Yes it's a little isolated but for a relaxing break you won't find better.
