Bale Tajuk came recommended and I can see why. Lovely service, diverse menu, tasty, well presented food, and a surprise complimentary dessert. I’ll be back. A real delight.

We had an amazing meal at Bale Tajuk. The masaman curry was wonderful and the ayam taliwang was absolutely out of this world. Mine had very little heat, but if you like spicy, be sure to let them know. The mixed fruit juice was outstanding and we had a banana and chocolate pancake for dessert, plus they delivered a free fruit plate. It was a great choice. Overall the food was outstanding, but we loved the staff even more. Our waiter, Toni, spoke excellent English and we ended up talking to him quite a bit about his life and about Indonesian food. What a wonderful evening!

Best food in the whole of Lombok! We have come 2 nights in a row because the food is so incredible and the staff are beautiful. We will be making it a 3rd night in a row!
