Me and my family are back from an incredible week in New York… this hotel is fantastic. I cannot fault a thing. All staff were amazing and deserve credit for their hard work in making our stay so enjoyable. The employees cleaning and tidying the rooms leave the place impeccable, leave fresh towels daily without us having to ask and we left a tip to show our appreciation of this. I also want to mention Miguel who went above and beyond always happy and eager to help us with navigating the city etc. - amazing! I cannot wait to return :) x

My wife and I just returned from a four day stay at the Tempo Times Square. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists who want to be close to the theatre district. Hotel is very nice, clean, and well-appointed. Our room was comfortable and reasonably quiet (for Times Square). Most notable, however, is the quality of the staff. Security, bell staff, front desk, housekeeping were without exception well-trained, friendly and helpful. If you are expecting the NYC stereotypical rude, detached, gruff service, you are NOT going to get it at the Tempo Times Square.

From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and I have to give a special shoutout to Miguel, who was absolutely amazing. He, along with the rest of the team, was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Whether it was helping with recommendations, answering our questions, or just making sure we had everything we needed, their dedication to guest comfort truly stood out. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it’s the exceptional service that really made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free stay. We can't wait to come back!

I loved this hotel. The rooms are stylish and nicely appointed. I love the design of the hotel. Everything is very attractive. The staff were super nice and gracious. The staff at the desk gave me a times square view room and I couldn't have been happier. The rooms were super clean, great lighting, the beds were very comfortable with the most wonderful pillows.

The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square but follows secure access procedures. My friend and I felt very safe. Rooms aren't large, but enough for two people. Room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Staff was welcoming and ready to assist when needed. I'd stay here again.
