One of the best 5-star hotels in the heart of KL City Centre! My stay was absolutely wonderful and enjoyable. The hospitality, hygiene, and ambiance were top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing—so friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near KL Tower, Petronas Towers, and other major attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, all served with great service.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and the location was just right to see the night view of KLCC, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was served at Kopi Haus, which had a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The Atrium Lounge was a great place to relax, and their desserts, coffee, cocktails and meals were all very good and satisfying. The service attitude of the front desk and food and beverage department staff was very good, friendly and professional. Although the gym and swimming pool are not large, they have beautiful views and are relaxing. The hotel itself is connected to the mall, which is super convenient for strolling and shopping. The overall feeling is very relaxing and casual, and we will definitely come back!

Hotel is luxurious. We have booked one deluxe classic balcony twin room for 3 nights from Agoda advance about 1 month before with fully paid. But when we enter the room we saw it was king bed not twin bed. I went to receiption who assisted me to check in ( Indian lady) and told her my observation but she said It is depends on availability during check in. I told her when i booked this room I distinctly mentioned the twin bed. She repeatedly told the dialogue robotic way. Then I get back to room and come back again to my wife and child and told them our observations. In that time another male receiptionist came and they had a conversation with local language and he guided her to allot a new room with twin bed. Female receptionist totally misguided us. That was not professional. When we check in nobody gave us welcome drinks, no one help us to carry our 5 luggages to room. Staff management are not satisfactory. Room had a balcony but they did not provide any chair to seat in balcony. They shuld provide plastic chair atleast. This hotel is not tourist friendly suitable for local family. The most attractive things of this hotel is buffet breakfast. Wide variety of items.
