Service and food were good. Very friendly owners. The food tasted delicious. Their Assam fish is spot-on with the taste. They do sell lots of snacks and cooking essentials. All vegetarian. They have a very good package for CNY. First time trying the vegetarian Yee sang and it was super delicious. The claypot rice was so flavorful. Definitely coming back again.
Tasty vegetarian food with a lot of variety to choose from. All the dishes as freshly made. Fast serving. Assam fish is a must-try. Those whole like strong tastes would definitely enjoy the food. Brown rice is available too. Cozy ambiance. Perfect place to have lunch meetings as well. The restaurant was very clean and organized. The staffs are friendly too. Parking on the street is limited.
The corner vegan cafe at Jalan Putra, Kuala Lumpur serves a variety of vegan dishes to cater to different needs. You can choose ala carte meals meant for solo eaters or big dishes for family/friends gathering. You can buy some food and drinks packets as well. The place is clean but the lighting is slightly dim especially at night. This establishment has steps so it might be difficult for seniors citizens and wheelchair bound patrons. The service is quite ok if the servers are local as they can communicate better. The price is decent for my standards. Overall, this is the only vegan restaurant along Jalan Putra that operates until dinner time.
Good variety of vegetarian options, ordered the fried rice, shimeji mushrooms and nasi lemak all were quite decent. The use of soya to make it look like mock meat can be worrying if you haven't seen it before. The staff were helpful and the service was quick
A lot of options to choose from!!! Their menu is confusing as they have lot of variety. One of the waitress over there really helped us understand about each and every dish what we can eat. She knew about each dish in the menu! We ordered - fried wantan - hot plate bean curd - curry sotong with chicken - brown rice - black soya milk - water chestnut drink Wantan was really good as it taste like spring rolls. 4.5/5 Beancurd just melts in your mouth and its gravy was also nice. 4/5 Soya pieces in Sotong were hard to bite and the curry was also mid. 2/5 Soya milk - it’s an acquired taste 2.5/5 We were told that the Chestnut drink is the best seller, and it was okay. At least better than soya milk 4/5 Those drinks are prepared and packed once a week. They have other drink options too which are freshly prepared.
