I had a wonderful morning at Sofitel, starting with a rich and flavorful breakfast buffet. The variety of dishes was impressive, and each one was carefully prepared, delicious, and of excellent quality. Everything was beautifully presented, making the experience even more enjoyable from the very first glance. But what truly impressed me wasn’t just the great food—it was the outstanding service. The staff here are exceptional; they pay attention to every little detail, always ready to assist, and make guests feel genuinely welcome. I especially want to compliment That, Lan, and Thy. They were not only quick and attentive but also highly professional and incredibly friendly. Their dedication made my breakfast not just delicious but also a truly enjoyable experience. If I have the chance to return, I will definitely not miss breakfast here. A fantastic experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for perfection in both cuisine and service!

Stayed here recently - just for one night - excellent communication in advance from the hotel - particularly because we were arriving the day of the Reunification Parade rehearsal- the hotel was was a blocked off by road which we knew in advance but thankfully(with kind help of local people on the street translating our predicament to the guards who then let us through ) we were able to access on foot with our baggage at 4.30 pm !! Hotel staff were so friendly and wonderful on arrival and assisted us to our room swiftly. We were given a high foot with excellent views so that we could see the parade which was very interesting for us. Staff member. Fox - the bellboy, arrived with our luggage and was most polite, kind and informative with excellent English language skills. We dined at ST25 by Koto and it was excellent and most delicious. Even though it was a very busy evening in the restaurant the staff were attentive and accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Sofitel Saigon is an impressive hotel with every facility you could want, ranging from rooftop bar and pool, gym, tailors and a number of restaurants. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast, which was one of the best I have had in terms of range of options and quality. The decor throughout the main parts of the hotel feels modern and exclusive. I only gave this hotel four stars for two reasons: 1. When ordering an evening meal at the roof top bar I gave a very specific dietary request. Unfortunately, this was ignored but also the meal took a long time to be served, so I had my meal after my fellow guests had already finished. 2. Although the rooms are nice, they are not as modern or hi-tech as other hotels I have been to in Vietnam. I don’t feel that the accommodation rooms reflect the decor of the rest of the hotel. I also don’t feel that whoever has designed/configured the rooms have used the space effectively. For example, there was a desk and large mini bar taking up a lot of space in the middle of my room. There was a recliner chair place under a large ceiling hung lamp, that you hit your head on if you sit in the chair. Had the desk and mini bar been against a wall, perhaps a nice comfortable seat and coffee table could have been provided next to the window. A nice hotel, but slightly disappointed with the service and room. I would go back and recommend it to friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Saigon, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel's luxurious rooms and top-notch amenities made my stay comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. One of the highlights of my stay was witnessing the Vietnam International Fashion Show Week press conference at the hotel. It was fantastic to see some of Vietnam's beautiful models showcasing the country's fashion talent. While my experience was largely positive, there were a few minor areas for improvement. Overall, I'd highly recommend Sofitel Saigon to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

1. I had a very smooth check in experience 2. The room that was assigned to me had a great view of the skyline. 3. The bed was gigantic and it can actually fit 3 people, and I slept comfortably. 4. The food at the bistro was really good. 5. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Ho Chi Minh City.
