This was a perfect stay! I stayed in one of the premium rooms, which was an excellent size, had great views of the city and was cleaned to perfect standard every day (never at the wrong time or interrupting me during my stay). Considering the location and level of service, this is one of the best hotel stays I have had. The breakfast was varied and tasty every day. Fridge restocked daily. The hotel is also very quiet at night. I can only highly recommend!!

This hotel was very nice and clean. It was in an amazing location pretty close to two trains. One an 8 min walk, one a 12- 14 min walk. Really if there is any reason to book this hotel (the reason I did so) is because of its location. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Although the rooms were small, it was expected. I am not sure if all rooms have this but the bathroom is enclosed by frosted glass. This wasn't a problem for us but wanted to inform others incase it affects their decision.

Booked a lovely room here for our last 2 nights in Japan. Yes it was on the more expensive side but it was mostly faultless. Very nice room, small suite nice bathroom and drinks supplied including bottles of wine. The breakfast was faultless thoroughly enjoyed the array of dishes on offer. Large bed with a nice city view…
