We stayed at the Sheraton with our grown children and partners. We couldn’t fault the hotel or staff. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or kind. Attentive, friendly, going out of their way to make our time the best. The amenities, food and service were amazing. We’d definitely go back - January was a great time to visit. The pianist at breakfast was brilliant and we couldn’t fault have listened to him all day. Viola the reception manager was outstanding and great fun. All in all- a very very lovely, relaxed and fun hotel.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort. We booked the "Easy Transport" package, which provided a seamless experience from Lombok International Airport to the hotel. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it offered a wide variety of choices, and I especially loved the fresh juice and the staff at the noodle station, who were very attentive. A special thanks to Tiwi for her warm greetings and for checking in on us every morning to ensure we had everything we needed. The resort is conveniently located near Senggigi Beach, making it easy to book island-hopping tours. While some facilities and equipment are a bit dated, they are still well-maintained and acceptable. What truly stood out was the genuine warmth and sincerity of the staff—their smiles made our stay even more memorable. We absolutely loved our time here!

What an amazing property! You are literally steps away from the beach and the views are gorgeous! I highly recommend the room and board package! The foods were delicious …and if you are lucky enough…you’ll get Mr. H to play the piano during breakfast! The staffs are super-nice and helpful! Did I mention they have a turtle and cat sanctuary?! How can you say no to these cats?!? Will return again!

Staying here at 3128 as platinum elite. Upgraded to suite, a super spacious room. Clean and comfy. Big pool, private beach, nice people. All above my expectations. For me, 10 out of 10, great job guys.

Just an amazing location, property and team. Stayed here for 5 nights, and felt so much at home I didn’t want to leave. The breakfast buffet is second to none, the pool is lovely and the beach is great. On request special thanks to Risky who was always in to have a funny chat :). (But rest of staff is equally lovely !!)
