From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome from front office house staff. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff made me feel at home right away. Throughout my stay, their attentiveness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging reservations, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, the team consistently went the extra mile. What impressed me most was how calm and composed they remained despite the holiday rush, especially the Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, F&B, Culinary team & Kids Ambassadors. It was clear they were doing everything they could to ensure each guest had a great experience and they succeeded. They handled everything with grace and care, making sure every guest felt looked after. The kids activities that has been organised were fun & awesome for the little one. My departure was just as pleasant as my arrival, with the same friendly smiles and helpful attitude. It was a seamless end to a memorable stay. I truly appreciate the effort and hospitality from everyone and look forward to returning. Thank you Shangri-La!!!

I was impressed with the welcoming vibe upon entrance. Staff were extremely attentive, well presented in uniforms, and welcoming wearing smiles. During our 5 days stay, no request was too hard and our needs were promptly met. I can't quite use enough superlatives to describe the superior service we received. It has been our best experience yet. The rooms were clean, spacey and well presented. The room was regularly serviced and the location is very central. If I could give ten stars, I would.

The club lounge is very nice and the service is good. Ina makes you feel very welcome. In general the service at the hotel is only 3/5. Porters are not helpful. Concierge is slow. The rooms are very nice though. I like that it’s dated and a bit old luxury. Everything is working well and the place is very well maintained. The pool is nice. Health club and gym excellent
