Came here for anniversary lunch with husband. Best ambience and great energy here. You suddenly feel you just fly and landed in Japan. Ordered lunch set both with beef, the thin slices one is awesome. For another tenderloin beef menu we ordered medium well, but will be better if we order medium next time (medium well not too soft anymore). The set lunch comes with appetizer such as salad, chawanmushi, hot green tea, rice. Overall nice ambience.

I had a nice supper after a big day out, exploring Kuala Lumpur. Friendly staff and nice venue. The salmon nigiri was fine. The dragon roll looked impressive and was big but it was falling apart and the avocado was a bit too firm. Overall, still good and value for money

Easily one of the best Japanese restaurants in Kuala Lumpur. Located at Shangrila KL, it is very spacious, well set up and serves great Japanese food. Staffs are very friendly and price is reasonable. The sushis here are super fresh and delicious, fois gras chawamushi here is super delicious, so does their scallop teppanyaki, grilled cod (super rich flavored), also the garlic fried rice is made to perfection. Highly recommended.
