The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions and easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the facilities like [e.g., pool/gym/spa] were well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back!

Great breakfast buffet. They charged me $30 USD to check in a few hours early. Plenty of helpful staff all around. The concierge struggled a little with the transit map. (Writing was very small). Great views from the elevator. I wish they had a public lounge on a high floor so everyone could enjoy the views. But the lounge was only available if you upgraded your room.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained—with a lovely KLCC and city view that made our mornings even better. What made this trip even more special was its perfect timing with the International Book Fair held at the World Trade Centre (WTC) Kuala Lumpur, which is conveniently connected to the hotel. It was a dream come true for our book-loving family. We spent hours browsing through a vast collection of books, meeting local and international authors, and picking up exciting reads for every age. The kids especially enjoyed the storytelling sessions and fun educational booths. After long hours at the book fair, coming back to the hotel was a treat. We got to relax at the pool, enjoy delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurants, and even sneak in a little family time in the cozy lounge. Overall, our stay at Seri Pacific Hotel made our visit to the International Book Fair even more special. It was a wonderful blend of learning, bonding, and relaxation. The hotel meets is basic standard as 5-star hotel. No fancy new tech no high end shampoo/body wash products. It just nice ?
