I enjoyed my stay. I likes the buffet, although they can offer more vegan options. I really didn’t find much. The facilities and cleanliness was on point. I absolutely loved the swimming pool. The location was great, and you can see the Hutongs by the window.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Regent Beijing! From start to finish, everything about this hotel shows incredible professionalism and care. The property is beautiful, with spotless facilities, an amazing Club Lounge offering a delicious and extensive breakfast, and a lovely garden next to the lobby bar that really adds something special. You can definitely feel the leadership of the General Manager, Mr. Florian Kuhn — everything runs so smoothly, and every detail is clearly taken seriously. A big thank you as well to Laura, the Front Office Manager, who personally welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. It really set the tone for the entire stay. My room was beautiful, very comfortable, and impeccably cared for by Miss Cherry Chen, whose friendly smile and attention to detail made me feel so well taken care of. It’s easy to see that the staff love working here — it shows in every interaction. One of my favorite moments was relaxing at the lobby bar with a Negroni, which was easily one of the best I’ve had in Beijing! The atmosphere was cozy yet sophisticated, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Regent Beijing. Congratulations to the entire team — you’ve created something truly special. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Beijing!

A wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable, large and so much better than what a few other guests said - it didn't have a 'dated' feel. The bathroom still looks new. Service was key to the overall experience, from the frontline staff at Reception, concierge and the lobby, to the room attendants. Any issues with the room (e.g. spoilt extension plug) were fixed in quick time with an almost immediate response! The breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes, with a LIVE station of local food that changes daily. Am so glad we booked Regent. Not to mention its location near to several top-notch restaurants like Da Dong across the street.
