The best culinary expedition in Peking I had. Dont be afraid of the hutong, or how it looks like. Its like a scene from an old kung fu film. You just wait for somebody to be thrown through the wooden curtains. Try the chinese fondue, its a must. And again, just dont look around. Trust the staff, the place, and the food. I guarantee the best old style chinese kitchen.
