The hotel is nice, as expected. I was a bit disgruntled at first because the hotel didn't let us know beforehand that we would be confined to the hotel the morning of the festival, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of our beloved Vietnam. Turns out it was for the best, as we didn't go in the mad crow that was heading out, and the next morning, after a wonderful rest, we could enjoy the celebration taking place nearby the hotel, seeing the military parades as close as one can get. We tried everything at the hotel, the buffet is sumptuous, the Italian restaurant marvelous, serving delicious dishes, and the rooms... Ho my, the rooms; I should say the small apartments, are super comfortable. We felt like at our penthouse, with a 1st class service. The mattress is just right, it is like sleeping in a cloud. The level of service is fantastic, at all level. In short, everything is perfect, and surprisingly affordable. I'll be back just for the buffet or have a glass of wine on the patio.

We booked a 2 bedroom on the apartment side of the JW Marriott. The staff were extremely kind and polite. They would always stop and greet us. They were very accommodating. I’m not sure that I ever want to stay anywhere else in Saigon because the service was that good. The room was HUGE. There were 4 of us. The main bedroom had a king size bed with a bathroom. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds and a bathroom across the hallway. There was also a full kitchen, living and a balcony. The location was great, but it’s not very close to street food. It’s more so in the tourist area and surrounded by many western style restaurants. It’s also close to a lot of shopping. The hotel has a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. We frequented the convenience store for quick drinks. We also enjoyed the coffee shops. The breakfast buffet was very good! Lots of variety, and service was amazing. There were pastries, charcuterie, yogurt, fruits, juices, smoothies, pho, banh mi, international foods, salads, porridge, local dishes, egg station, waffles, pancakes, cereals, etc. We dined there most of our trip because it was convenient.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay with my family at the 3-bedroom apartment in JW Marriott Saigon. We requested high floors, hard and foam pillows—and were pleasantly surprised to have all our preferences met! ? Washer cum dryer is also present in the room to help clear our laundry. 3 bathroom with 2 of it comes with bathing facilities is sufficient for a big family like ours. Hotel is really near to the cathedral(under reno now), post offices and malls, there's even a commercial mall connected to it! The room was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like complimentary bites and sparkling water to welcome us. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay—special thanks to Quan, Thinh, Manh, and the lovely housekeeping lady who took such great care of our room (wish we caught her name!). Truly a delightful and seamless experience. Can’t wait to be back! ?
