The location of this hotel is excellent—super convenient! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, and I’m truly grateful for that. We were traveling as a family of three (two adults and one child) and stayed in a room with two double beds. The room was very spacious and comfortable—plenty of space to open two large suitcases with no problem. In addition to a vanity area, there was also a cozy sofa corner and a small table, which made the space feel even more comfortable and homey. The bathroom was also great—large, clean, and with a separate shower area. There’s also a self-service drink station next to the front desk that’s free to use, which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious! The toast was amazingly soft, the omelet was cooked perfectly, and the salad was super fresh. Their curry was a bit spicy, and after the staff noticed it was a child eating, they kindly brought out an extra omelet to help balance the spiciness. We really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely love to stay again next time!

We stayed here for 3 nights in a standard twin room, which felt cramped for the two of us. In particular, the bathroom was small and oddly raised 6 inches above the floor. Otherwise, the room was clean, modern and quiet. Price point was great. The bedding - thick mattresses on a raised floor were comfortable. In hindsight, I should have chosen a larger room. Staff were friendly. Free unlimited drinks between 3 pm and 11 am were a big plus, including tea, coffee, and soda. The Pocari Sweat drink was good for hot, humid days, and the matcha latte and corn potage were quite tasty. The best feature of the hotel is it's location in Dotonbori and within a shopping arcade. Good restaurants and shops are right outside the door. Transit stops are nearby and so is the main street where you can get a taxi. Would stay here again but would get a larger room.

Lovely small hotel with a clean, modern Japanese feel. The rooms are neat and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Best of all, it’s right in the heart of Dotonbori , perfect location for exploring Osaka’s food, nightlife, and shopping. Great value for the area!
