Japan, 〒604-0943 Kyoto, Nakagyo Ward, Kamihakusancho, 249
I stayed here for 6 nights on a trip in Kyoto and I loved it!! The breakfast has a nice range of options, from western to Japanese. My room was very spacious and clean and I received fresh towels each morning. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the lighting features and automated screen that prevented light from coming in the windows if I wanted to sleep in. All of the stay were attentive and helpful any time I had questions about the hotel’s services or information about Kyoto. The hotel is close to a couple of station so it is easy to get around the city. If I return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again.
This is a great hotel, one of the best we stayed in on this trip, good size rooms and enough space for two people. Most usual amenities are provided, including bath salts for a nice onsen in your room. There’s a drinks machine for free hot drinks whenever you want. There are also washing machines and tumble dryers. The location is not bad, located in a quiet street and about a 6 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The attached restaurant is very good with a range of Italian dishes including super tasty pizza. Highly recommended
You can not regret if you choose Hotel Resol Trinity Kyoto. Room: we got an 18m2 room, which was okay for 4 nights, we managed to open our luggages. Bed is comfortable, we slept well. All things were super clean! Shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. We didnt ask cleaning, but everyday we got new towels and two bottles of water (they left us on the handle in a bag, cute solution :) ) Service: staff is really nice and helpful!! We sent our luggages to the next hotel in Osaka, they asked in advance the other hotel that our reservation is okay and can they receive the bags through this delivery service.. so kind receptionist!!! There is laundry in the hotel, totally 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, I recommend to use it in the morning, at night its busy. Open from 6am to midnight. Breakfast: really huge selection, you wont stay hungry for sure, worthed! Location: main street is about 10 mins walk, so easy Metro is just 3 mins by walk. Everything was perfect, thank you for the experience :)
For our first trip to Japan it was a lovely and clean hotel. It was in most of the walking distances we had planned or within 10-20 min walk to train station. It was close to the shopping and market area. The bed was comfortable and not a hard or firm bed, the room was a typical size room but I was very pleased. They had a male/female public hot bath that was a nice touch. We got free breakfast each morning for the time we stayed although you normally have to pay. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again
