I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Osaka. The location is incredibly convenient, with three corners of the hotel surrounded by Family Mart and one corner featuring a Lawson. Just a 3-minute walk will take you to Dondongki and 7-Eleven, which makes grabbing snacks or necessities easy. Additionally, the hotel is only a 7-minute walk to a bustling food street and about 10 minutes to the train station, which offers a wide range of shops and services. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable stay. One standout feature is the split unit air conditioning in the rooms, which allows you to control the temperature yourself. You can adjust it to your preference, either heating or cooling, without being at the mercy of centralized air conditioning – a real plus for comfort. Overall, I recommend Hotel Plaza Osaka for its great location, cleanliness, and the added comfort of controlling your own room temperature.

The rooms at this hotel are great! They're spacious and bigger than usual. No stressing about how we'll open our luggages ???. The views are nice, amenities are very useful. We loved the little lounge they have, where you can even dress up in Kimonos, the coin laundry, restaurants and distance from Donqui and the conbinis. A bit far from Dotonbori but make use of the hotel shuttle. The staff, Mr. Park and Muniru worth mentioning! They are both very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Pros - small but thoughtfully-designed room with everything you need, including a step stool for older folks who might find the step to the bathroom a bit too high - breakfast was great, with Japanese and western options. There's an amazing mini pancake machine where you just need to wave your hand to get pancakes! - located a short walk to Juso Station if you're looking to stay in a quieter area, slightly outside of the city centre. Decent food options around. Cons - the room is made for the average Japanese so the ceiling is very low, especially in the bathroom. I reckon anyone above 1.85m will have a very uncomfortable experience showering while standing in the bathtub. - popular with large tour groups, so it might take you a while to get into the lift especially if you're on the lower floors.

We stayed at Hotel Plaza Osaka from April 25 to April 30. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaka Station, making it easily accessible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Muniru and Mr. Park. We were comfortably seated in the Welcome Lounge and offered refreshing cold drinks while our check-in was finalized. Overall, the experience was delightful and incredibly relaxing. The breakfast provided a wonderful array of options, with the staff remaining attentive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and when we requested extra pillows, the response was prompt. The proximity of convenience stores such as Lawson, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart was particularly beneficial for our daughters, as it ensured that breakfast, snacks, and even occasional dinners were easily arranged. Mr. Park and Muniru maintained their attentive service from check-in to check-out, enhancing our stay. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its comfortable and spacious rooms—an uncommon find in Japan—but also for the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff. We look forward to visiting Osaka again and staying at this hotel in the future. Thank you.

My husband and I had a Free day from a scheduled holiday and wanted to attend a Spa to relax. Anna and Quyen came to the rescue and diligently surfed the web until they found the perfect place for us. We’re not literate in Japanese so they book our place at Mouton Spa, plus they gave us directions how to take the train - a few stops away. Well done Quyen and Anna and Thank You both for making our day a perfect and enjoyable one . We recommend Hotel Plaza Osaka any day - a hospitable and friendly staff Warm regards George and Yvonne
