Room was the perfect size for what we needed in Kyoto! Double bed was comfortable. The only downside is that we couldn't change the aircon, the hotel had every room set to 19° always.. It was the only downfall. Staff are very helpful, couldn't do enough for us..

Very central location. Smaller room than expected, but the bed and pillows were comfier than most other places we stayed in Japan. Staff was helpful. Came with necessary amenities and I loved the green tea with the kettle in each room. Street racers at night were annoying. I probably wouldn't call it a 3 star hotel, more a of a two, but no complaints!

The location was in the karawamachi shopping and dining area. Just behind the convenient store and bus stop. The room was spacious, also the bathroom. Refrigerator and hair dryer were in the room.
